On Tuesday, 27 January, in the evocative setting of the Fonderia Napoleonica Eugenia<\/strong> in Milan<\/strong>, we had the privilege and honour of taking to the stage alongside Luca Paterno, Director of Building & Development at NOI Techpark<\/strong>, to receive an important award: an honourable mention at THE PLAN Real Estate Awards for the Trilitica<\/strong> project.
\n<\/p>\n

The international contest, promoted by THE PLAN<\/strong>, is dedicated to the most significant real estate projects underway and completed in the last three years. This special award brings together clients and architectural firms to celebrate a shared journey that strives for excellence in various sectors.<\/p>\n

The Trilitica \u2013 NOI Techpark B6 project received an honourable mention in the ESG – Environmental Social Governance \/ Future<\/strong> category.<\/p>\n

The jury’s reasons:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Jury believes Trilitica effectively interprets ESG values by reducing the carbon footprint and fostering bright, flexible workspaces centred on user well-being. Furthermore, it demonstrates that ESG criteria and urban regeneration are applicable across different latitudes, including mid-sized cities like Bolzano.\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n
